I Give Myself Freedom

Angela by the ocean in Maui

I give myself freedom to smile when I feel like it.
I give myself freedom to choose what is right for me.
I give myself freedom to be happy, because I want to be.
I give myself freedom to cry when the emotion of sadness starts to rise, and I give thanks for the lesson learned, but I do not hang onto it, or let it have power over me.
I give myself freedom to value and walk in my path as I understand that my truth is not the same as another’s truth.
I give myself freedom to see that each day is a gift, and I can choose how to experience life in this physical world, in connection with all that is.
I give myself freedom to learn, to grow, and to expand without judgment of myself or others.
I give myself freedom to remember who I am and be true to what resonates with my truths.
I give myself freedom to be free of what others’ opinions are of me, as I know that every person sees reality through one’s own perspective.
I give myself freedom to allow others to be where they are on their journey and know it is not my responsibility or right to change anyone but myself.
I give myself freedom to have faith that I can take care of myself, and keep myself safe.
I give myself freedom to love myself unconditionally.
I give myself freedom to choose without regret.
I give myself freedom to love and be loved.
I give myself freedom to create boundaries that are healthy for me.
I give myself freedom to make my decisions free of guilt, knowing I will choose the decision that is for the highest good, whether others understand this or not.
I give myself freedom to give without the expectation of anything in return.
I give myself freedom to receive what is given to me, knowing I am worthy of receiving abundance.
I give myself freedom to enter into relationships with others and keep the individuality that is me.
I give myself freedom to see the beauty in everyone, even when they cannot see it.
I give myself freedom to know that each one of us is a unique part of the whole.
I give myself freedom to understand how powerful I am, and to stand in my power without being afraid.
I give myself freedom to understand that I am co-creating my life experiences.
I give myself freedom to see the gift of the hard times as opportunities to experience, grow, and find strength I would not have known otherwise.
I give myself freedom to not repeat lessons already learned.
I give myself freedom to quit calling in lessons already learned, as I know that if you call them they will appear, even if you have completed them.
I give myself freedom to be real, to express my passions in my own unique way and speak my voice when I choose to do so.
I give myself freedom to be brave enough to be a pioneer on frontiers where others have not attempted to go.
I give myself freedom to be me and shine my light.
